This is a non-instant version of oats dosa. Just add a cup of oats to your usual dosa batter while grinding. You are ready to make yummy oats dosa. :)
- Urad dal - 1 cup
- Parboiled rice - 2 cups
- Rice (ponni/sona masuri) - 1 cup
- Oats - 1 cup
- Fenugreek - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Procedure
- Soak dal and rice for 3-4 hours. Add fenugreek to rice while soaking.
- Grind dal, rice,fenugreek and oats to a smooth batter
- Mix salt to taste and leave to ferment overnight.
- Make dosas as usual. Serve with chutney of your choice / sambar / podi.
