This snack is probably the fastest one that can be made. My husband loves this snack. When I'm out of time or ideas I make this one in a jiffy, ofcourse with all the ingredients at hand. :)
Ingredients -
Puffed Rice / Pori (tamil) / Borugulu (Telugu) / Marmaralu (Telugu) - as required
Onions - 1 finely chopped
Tomato - 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves - few sprigs finely chopped
Fried Channa Dal - handful
Roasted Peanuts - handful
Salt - To taste
Red Chilli Powder - To taste
Lemon Juice - juice of half lemon
Procedure -
Just add in all the ingredients in a large bowl and give it a nice toss.
