Recipe adapted slightly from gayatrivantillu.
This masala can be used to spice up any vegetable.
Ingredients
- Dhaniya - 6 tbsp
- Jeera - 5 tbsp
- Mustard - 2 tsp
- Fenugreek - 2 tsp
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Red Chilli powder - 3 tbsp
- Salt - 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - handful
Procedure
- Dry roast the ingredients except red chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
- Powder the roasted ingredients along with chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
- Store in an air tight container.
